Total protein concentration is around 17-45 g/L in colostrum milk and 12-22g/L in mature milk. 
Calcium is 200-400 mg/L and zinc is around 4 mg/L at 2 weeks of lactation and drops to around 2 mg/L and drops to 2 mg/L after 4 months.
